HR Strata Ltd (HRSL) was founded in 2008 by Sharon Muir, a 20+ year veteran of the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

HRSL's mission is to provide small and mid-size companies with access to the best HR outsourcing and consulting services, just like their larger counterparts and competitors.

We believe that by enabling your people, you enable your organisation. To achieve this, we support our clients to develop pragmatic and robust HR frameworks that create an engaging workplace for their employees, while still delivering on the organisation's goals.

Sharon is an accomplished Human Resources and Change Management leader. Her experience spans the transport, finance, marketing and health industries, in New Zealand and internationally.

She has worked alongside Boards, CEOs and senior executives to help them shape and deliver on their strategic direction.

Sharon has designed, lead and implemented human resources strategies and initiatives to build organisation performance and employee engagement. She has proven experience in creating policies and systems to guide managers and employees within the workplace.

Sharon is an accredited member of the Human Resource Management Institute of New Zealand (HRMINZ), and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies – Personnel Management from Massey University and a Post Graduate Certificate in The Neuroscience of Leadership from Middlesex University, UK.
